Varied amounts Available to high school juniors and seniors.  This particular scholarship program consists of the student writing an essay in which they nominate a person who has inspired and motivated them in a significant way.  The nominee must be living and a current or past resident of the student’s Congressional District in Illinois.  The essay must be between 1,000 and 1,500 words.
