The career specialist’s goal is for every student to know why and how they should plan for their future as an independent, successful adult. Students explore and save their goals in a student portfolio on an internet site, www.careercruising.com. Students begin as freshman with the question “Who am I?” They move on to “Where do I want to go in my life?” They complete the process by learning “How am I going to get there?” The log in for CareerCruising is inside the front cover of the student planner. In addition, their KeyTrain login is also included; this can help with prepping for the PSAE as juniors.

Website for student and parent exploration of interests: careers: colleges either vocational,2 or 4 year: scholarships. Student’s portfolios are here. www.careercruising.com
