The BHS Hawk Eye:
The BHS Hawk Eye staff will be selling Smencils, scented pencils, during lunch periods. Pencils are just one dollar each!
Parking Stickers:
Any students who have paid for, but have not picked up their student parking sticker, please see Mrs. Miller in the Deans' Office as soon as possible before 7:30am or during your lunch period. You will need to present your drivers' license and the current insurance card for the vehicle you will be driving. Failure to obtain your parking sticker could result in a $10 parking ticket.
Faith Club:
Faith Club is meeting Wednesday at 3pm in room A250.
Random Weapon Searches:
Periodically, the Deans’ Office will conduct random classroom searches for illegal materials or contraband. This is done to ensure the safety of both students and staff. Classes will be randomly selected for a search. A metal detector will be used during the search. Backpacks and purses will also be searched. This is not done because we believe we have a problem, but rather to prevent problems. If you have any questions please contact Dr. Bush at 630-372-4700 X 4752 or ronayebush@u-46.org.
Community Service:
Students please be aware that in lieu of consequences you may serve community service with any staff member in the building. You must have the staff member fill out a community serve form from the Dean's Office and hand it in on or before the consequence due date. No late forms will be
accepted.
Students:
Please remember Bartlett High School has a Help Line, which aims "to help everyone live peacefully." If you have a concern or are worried about a fellow student, speak up - let someone know. If you choose, you may even do this anonymously. Call the main school number, 372-4700 and wait for the prompts to dial 4. Leave a message. Of course, you may always share your concerns directly with any staff member at anytime as well.
