Our Mission |

| Elgin to Elgin is a project founded by students at Elgin High School located in Elgin, Illinois USA for other students around the world. Our goal is to contact all other municipalities named Elgin across the globe and encourage them to host “Reading Nights.” We are aiming to have as many Elgin cities we can to host a reading night in April or May 2007. | |||||||||
