Holding Onto Hope
A "Holding Onto Hope" Memorial Scholarship Fund has been created to honor Jasper Rylan Sherman. Jasper faced many challenges in his short life and the "Holding on to Hope" fund has been crated to benefit students with special needs at Independence Early Learning Center.
