CAC Family Engagement Resources



U-46’s Family and Community Engagement Committee is one of several committees of the Citizens’ Advisory Council (CAC) dedicated to strengthening family and community participation in the improvement of student achievement at both the school and district levels. In their 11-12 annual report presented to the Board of Education, the committee recommended that resources be more readily available for parents and employees. 

Thanks to the committee’s hard work and dedication, a new section on the parent site entitled “Family Engagement Resources” has been created. The page includes links to general information regarding family engagement towards student success, and makes the Family and Community Engagement Committee’s annual reports available. Please take a moment to explore the new resource page and to familiarize yourself with these new features.
