U-46 Student Registration  To register for the current school year 2012-13, please contact your school to schedule an appointment. To identify what school your student(s) will attend, click on School Locator to begin a search using your household address.  Documents required for registration:  (3) Proofs of residency. Please see attached form in English or Spanish for more information.  Please note that 1 proof must be from the A category and 2 from the B category.  It is not required to show personal information (account #'s, payment amounts, etc.) on these forms.  Please feel free to block out any of the personal information that does not relate to proof of your residency.
