Destination 2015
The 2010-11 District Improvement Plan called for the development of a “plan that includes benchmarks and targets and performance management to reach our goal of academic success for all.” This fall that plan, Destination 2015, was rolled out through a series of community and employee presentations. Feedback was gathered and modifications made before the final draft was presented to the Board of Education in December 2010.
Destination 2015 will guide our district’s pathway to success for the next five years. Our mission, vision, values, and goals contain beliefs, behaviors, and aspirations that will transform our district into a high-performing organization. This plan will help us to align all of the district’s resources to be more results-oriented, creating a basis for action and continuous improvement.
