I have been teaching for 18 years and this is my 10th year at Liberty.  I have a Masters' Degree in Teaching and I am a National Board Certified Teacher in Literacy.  I also have an ESL Endorsement and a Special Education endorsement.  I am an continuous learner and have about 60+ hours in graduate credit in literacy, math, and technology.

In addition to classroom responsibilities I am on the Literacy Leadership Team for the district, Instructional Technology Leadership team, and Technology Building Coach.  

I have been married for 32 wonderful years to my husband, Wayne.  I have two daughters, Ashley and Jennifer, both graduates of U-46.  Jennifer is even a teacher of 8th grade English in South Carolina.
