Mr. Sam LeDeaux
Sam LeDeaux is the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Administrator for School District U-46. He partners with the MTSS Leads and Coaches at all of our schools, while also supporting building administrators, teams, staffs, and individual teachers with MTSS systems.
Mr. LeDeaux has always been deeply involved in and passionate about MTSS, from his first year of teaching through present day. As a teacher, he consistently and seamlessly differentiated instruction for the diverse academic, social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs of his classrooms, while also leading schoolwide efforts by serving on the MTSS team. As an administrator, he has led the MTSS team at the school level, while also serving on the MTSS committee at the District level.
Mr. LeDeaux has provided professional development in multiple areas, including classroom management, social and emotional learning, and utilizing data to inform decision making.
Mr. LeDeaux has taught all grade levels kindergarten-8th, and has been an Assistant Principal and Principal for all grades pre-kindergarten-8th. He has also coached all levels of high school football, and continues to coach in his spare time.
