Hallie Furtak served as the 2019-20 Student Advisor to the U-46 Board of Education. She is a Class of 2020 graduate of Streamwood High School.

Hallie, a Streamwood resident, attended U-46 schools from kindergarten through high school. Her position on the Superintendent's Student Advisory Council inspired her to pursue a career in political science.

Hallie also demonstrated her commitment to Streamwood by her involvement in the Class Council, volunteer work through AVID and National Honors Society, and helping teach figure skating classes at a local ice rink.
