Hello! Welcome to my home page. I am Ms. Badalamenti and I teach U.S. History, Sociology and Introduction to Law here at South Elgin High School. I graduated from Illinois State University in 2018 with my Bachelors in Secondary Education- Social Sciences. At Illinois State University I was also a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honors Society. I grew up having a deep fascination for culture and history as my family would travel to new destinations every year. I have been working with children since I was 15 years old, teaching swim lessons at Bloomingdale Park District. I have always had a passion for helping others and learning from them as well. I am very grateful to be in the field that I am and working with the students that I do. My goal is to create a safe and positive environment for my students where they can share their thoughts and learn from the incredible stories that this world has to tell!
