Mission:  U-46 strives to eliminate the excellence gap and to promote academic success for every student.

Goals:

• Eliminating the excellence gaps that persist based on poverty status, race and ethnicity
• Increasing college and work place readiness across all race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status
• Providing professional development to teachers relating to diversity and closing the equity and excellence gap
• Provide mentorship programs to students who can benefit from a positive adult role model
