Department Information

Students entering certain grades have health requirements they have to meet before the first day of the school year. For students entering kindergarten, sixth and ninth grades, this requires a physical exam and certain immunizations; student in grade 12 must be up to date on their meningococcal vaccine. You can see those requirements here.

Health requirements are due on or before the first day of school, Students will NOT be permitted to attend class if they do NOT have these requirements on file by the first day of school.

Also, teacher assignments for elementary students and schedules for middle and high school students are expected to be released online in mid-July through the Infinite Campus Registration Checklist.  However,  they will be released only to students who are fully registered by that date, and that includes submitting the necessary health records.
