Dear Eastview Middle School Families of incoming 7th and 8th Graders,

My name is Angela Ginnan, and I am excited to introduce myself as the new Principal of Eastview Middle School with the 2022-23 school year. I am a 14 year resident of the District and have four children who attend U-46 schools. I have been eager to give back to our community in a school leadership capacity and am thrilled to have this opportunity. I believe in public education and am so proud to be able to serve you and your families. Together we are going to do great things! 

I am looking forward to meeting the Eastview families. The foundation of my leadership style is building relationships and working collaboratively to support student growth and outcomes. I believe that a quality education can change the trajectory of a student’s life, and together we will work to remove barriers and increase access and opportunities for all students. I believe in teaching to the whole student, always putting their needs first, and creating a safe and positive learning environment.  

I am eager to be in the building and meet all of our amazing students, families, and staff. In the near future, you will receive communication about dates and times for coffee with the principal, and  information about opportunities to become “Wolf Pack” volunteers.  My “Wolf Pack” vision consists of parents, students, and staff. These groups will regularly meet to request feedback on how we can build upon or recreate our mission and vision as we continue our work on improving student outcomes. 

When the schedule is made available, and if you are not able to attend, please reach out to the main office, and we will find a time that works. I look forward to hearing the voices of all stakeholders as I assume this new role and partnering together toward a successful Wolf Pack future.

Mensaje de bienvenida de la Directora de Eastview 2022-23

Estimadas familias de estudiantes de 7º, y 8º grado de la Escuela Intermedia Eastview,

Mi nombre es Angela Ginnan, y estoy emocionada de presentarme como la nueva Directora de la Escuela Intermedia Eastview a partir del año escolar 2022-23. Soy residente del Distrito desde hace 14 años y tengo cuatro hijos que asisten a las escuelas del Distrito U-46. He estado ansiosa por contribuir a nuestra comunidad como líder educativa y estoy encantada de tener esta oportunidad. Creo en la educación pública y estoy muy orgullosa de poder servirles a ustedes y a sus familias. ¡Juntos vamos a hacer grandes cosas! 

Estoy contenta por conocer a las familias de Eastview. La base de mi estilo de liderazgo es formar relaciones y trabajar en colaboración para apoyar el crecimiento y rendimiento de los estudiantes. Creo que una educación de calidad puede cambiar la trayectoria de la vida de un estudiante, y juntos trabajaremos para eliminar las barreras y aumentar el acceso y las oportunidades para todos los estudiantes. Creo en enseñar al estudiante en su totalidad, siempre poniendo sus necesidades por delante, y creando un ambiente de aprendizaje seguro y positivo.  

Estoy emocionada de estar en el edificio y conocer a todos nuestros increíbles estudiantes, familias y personal. Pronto recibirá una comunicación sobre las fechas y los horarios para el café con la directora, e información sobre las oportunidades para convertirse en voluntarios de la "rebaño de lobos". Mi visión del "Grupo Wolf" está formada por los padres, los estudiantes y el personal. Estos grupos se reunirán con regularidad para pedir opiniones sobre cómo podemos construir o reconstruir nuestra misión y visión a medida que continuamos nuestro trabajo para mejorar el rendimiento de los estudiantes.

Cuando el calendario esté disponible, si no pueden asistir, por favor, comuníquese con la oficina principal, y encontraremos un horario que funcione. Espero escuchar las voces de todos al asumir este nuevo cargo y colaborar para lograr un futuro exitoso para el grupo de padres Wolf.
