- Goal 1: Our goal is to create a classroom community that will promote student self-awareness that fosters a growth mindset as measured by the Conditions for Self-Regulation and Agency on the SIMM Model;
- By October 20, 2023 - 70% of students will be self-aware of their learning as measured by our Student Agency survey.

- Core Instruction
- Goal 2: Questions 2-5 - Our goal is to focus on increasing rigorous teaming activities by elevating our taxonomy levels beyond Retrieval to Comprehension, Analysis & Knowledge Utilization by ensuring the taxonomy level of the lesson learning target aligns to the taxonomy level of the student work.
- By October 20, 2023 - 75% of students will be working above retrieval level as measured by our Rigor Walk data.

- Goal 3: 90% of families will attend at least one Parent-Teacher conference or school curricular event (Kindergarten Welcome, Curriculum Night, Family Reading Night, Family 6th Grade Movie Night) by the end of the year to bridge the home to school connection measured by the attendance/participation records from the conference or curricular event dates.
