The most important thing I learned was that it’s okay to not be the best or the brightest, and that it’s okay to be challenged.

My favorite memory from high school was being on our dance team.

AP Chemistry.

What advice would you give to incoming freshmen?

I would say to take your AP tests seriously if you plan on taking any AP as a freshman. All of the credits you receive will help you.

What or who do you account for your academic success and ranking in the top 2 percent of your senior class?

My parents, for always pushing me to be my best and believing in me, and my teachers for giving me the chance to prove my intelligence.
