What was one of your favorite memories at U-46? 

Doing lab work outside with my physics students. It normally involved objects that moved very fast or very loud noises!

What was the favorite part of your job?

The countless laughs! Students can be hilarious.......and many of my colleagues would have very successful gigs at comedy central!

What do you enjoy doing outside your profession?

Anything out in the great outdoors with my recently retired wife Glynis: Road biking, mountain biking (solo!), trekking in the mountains, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sea-kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and long dog walks in the woods. I hope to become a solid sailor in retirement.
