Mindfulness: Managing Stress During Difficult Times

DESCRIPTION:
A number of U-46 schools are creating mindfulness classrooms to improve attention, executive functioning, and self-regulation skills. Staff from our English Language Learners department will explain how families can implement these mindfulness strategies at home to manage stress during difficult times. This program is open to all, not just those with children enrolled in the ELL program.
