Bertha has spent 24 years working with young students in U-46, and seeing them grow and find their way is a highlight of her work as a paraeducator at the Independence Center. for Early Learning “The best part of my job is seeing the way our little ones are developing through the school year,” she said. Outside of school, Bertha enjoys cooking and gardening.
