Jewell Scruggs - School Bus Driver

During the 12 years she drove a U-46 school bus, Jewell took pride in her dependability. Her favorite memories, she said, are “getting up early, having my students at school on time. I was always there every day; didn’t miss work. I look forward to seeing my students every day, and they were always there expecting me.” Jewell is also a dependable church-goer, attending services every Sunday. She likes watching sports and working out; she walks four miles a day, weather permitting.
