Childcare and Educational Support
A variety of reliable and reputable childcare programs will remain available to support families in the Distance Learning program, as well as families who choose for their children to receive limited in-person instruction through the Hybrid program.
Right at School
Right at School plans to offer after-school childcare for U-46 students at up to 24 elementary school locations starting Jan. 12, if there is enough interest and need within each of the 24 school communities. For these programs to move forward, however, Right at School must meet certain enrollment minimums. Registration with Right at School should be completed by the end of the day, Tuesday, January 5. Right At School will continue to offer half- and full-day programs for remote learning students in kindergarten through 6th grade at Sycamore Trails Elementary in Bartlett. These half and full day opportunities are available to all U-46 students, regardless of the school they attend.

Childcare services will also be available through the Bartlett Park District (630-540-4800) at Centennial Elementary, the South Elgin Park District (847-622-0003 or email firstname.lastname@example.org) at Clinton Elementary, the Elgin Park District at the Centre (847-531-7017 or email email@example.com), and the Streamwood Park District at its Community Center (630-483-3010.)
