The U-46 Zero-Tax-Rate-Change Bond Proposal will improve our schools without changing the tax rate residents currently pay. On April 4, 2023, the referendum question asked voters for their approval to issue $179 million in school building bonds to make safety and security improvements, renovate and replace building infrastructure, add classrooms for early childhood education, improve accessibility, and construct STEM labs and classrooms. Unofficial results from the election showed approximately 62% voting in favor of the proposal. Learn more at u-46.org/bondproposal.

SPRING TRAIL WANTS YOU TO STAND UP TO BULLYING!
Spring Trail School is dedicated and committed to providing students with a safe, caring, and supportive school environment. Reporting bullying behavior is the first step toward making our school a safe place.
The first step in reporting bullying is to notify your child's teacher if it is caused by another student in the class.
The second step in reporting bullying is to notify the school Principal. These two steps can usually bring about an end to the bullying.
A third way is to complete an online bully report provided by our district (see below for the link).
Anyone can fill out this report; whether you are a victim or a bystander. Just remember to please describe the bullying incident in detail including who, what, and where the bullying has occurred. The district will follow up with our school so necessary action can be taken.
This form can be filled out anonymously, or you can provide your name in order to receive feedback.
Thank you for taking responsibility for keeping our school safe.
Spring Trail is here to support YOU and anyone who is being bullied.
District Bullying Policy can be accessed here.

Class Placement Requests for 2023/24 School Year
As administrators, it is important to us that families engage with our school. As parents, you know your children best and having an opportunity to share your child's needs is important to me. Therefore, each year we will provide an opportunity for families to provide input into class placements for the upcoming school year.
Shared below is the Google form you can complete to provide your input into your child's class placement. Please pay close attention to the directions within the form. Student placement requests will be taken into consideration, specific teacher requests will be excluded, as we want you to tell us how your child learns best. If you are requesting your child to be placed with a peer, please add two or three names so that we can make certain at least one of those requests is granted. Please also note that, ultimately, the final placement will be at the discretion of administration.
