Bartlett Police Department

Prairieview School has partnered with the Village of Bartlett's Police Department to offer D.A.R.E. (Drug Awareness and Resistance Education) to our 5th grade students each year. This program aims to teach students good decision-making skills to help them lead safe and healthy lives. D.A.R.E has been taught at Prairieview since it opened in 1992. 

Northern Illinois University
Prairieview has been in a partnership with Northern Illinois University (NIU) to assist their students who are working on Education Degrees. NIU students come to Prairieview to be mentored by our teaching staff in their pre-teaching and student teaching experiences.

Students from the Educational Internship Program help in our classrooms.   Many of our former students volunteer at our PTO events.
