Morning Math is a math intervention where students with emerging math skills are identified early and have the opportunity to work on enhancing their individual math skills serveral days each week. Students arrive as early as 7:45AM and work on target math skills while receiving instruction from one of our dedicated teachers.
PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports) is the foundation of our learning community. At our January 2020 all school assembly, students were reminded of the Ridge Circle "PAW LAWs" and behavior expectations throughout the school. Fourth graders role played scenarios of Being Safe, Being Respectful and Being Responsible!
At the beginning of the 2019-20 school year, Ridge Circle was the only elementary school in the district with a National Honor Society. This January, 50+ students were inducted in the National Elementary Honor Society for their academic leadership, service, and perserverance. Way to go Ridge Circle student leaders!
