U-46 to Host 12th Annual STEM Expo

Feb. 18, 2020

Students from across School District U-46 will embrace the subjects of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics during the 12th annual STEM Expo at Streamwood High School on Saturday, Feb. 22.

About 300 students are expected to participate this year in the free event, said Deb McMullen, U-46 Coordinator of K-12 Science and Planetarium.

“I love seeing how involved and dedicated students are when they present their STEM projects at the Expo to their fellow students, families, and community members,” said McMullen. “Allowing students to work creatively and be inspired by their natural curiosities helps them excel in their projects.”
