Horizons4U is a tuition reimbursement program that has been developed to encourage current U-46 employees to advance their education to better serve the U-46 community.

Tuition reimbursement is available for current employees to pursue a teaching degree, a paraeducator license, or a certificate within the trades like HVAC and welding. This year, we are excited to offer a new option - if you're looking to pursue courses or certificates to enhance your job-related skills, it's eligible!

Applications are available as of Oct. 1, 2024, using the Frontline (Applitrack) job posting system for internal candidates only.
