Horizons4U is a tuition reimbursement program that has been developed to encourage current U-46 employees to advance their education to better serve the U-46 community.

Tuition reimbursement is available for current employees to pursue a teaching degree, a paraeducator license, or a certificate within the trades like HVAC and welding. This year, we are excited to offer a new option - if you're looking to pursue courses or certificates to enhance your job-related skills, it's eligible!

Horizons 4U Informational Sessions

The sessions are 30 minutes in length with time at the end reserved for questions and answers. Both presentations are the same, you only need to attend one.

Applications will be available starting this fall, using the Applitrack job posting system for internal candidates only.
