Nurse's Notes

  • Please remember kids need to be prepared for school:

    • Get enough sleep! Sleepy children are not ready for learning.
    • Eat breakfast! Traditional cereal and juice are fine, but a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk work just as well giving growing bodies the energy they need to focus and do well in school.
    • Bathe several times a week and wear clean clothes! Being clean and wearing clean clothes helps us feel our best, and when we feel our best, often we can do our best.
