  • Highland Elementary has many partnerships with community organizations.

     Highland Elementary partners with the Gail Borden Public Library for Summer Reading Programs and Computer Club.

     

     
    Hamilton


    Hamilton Wings     provides after school programs such as "I'm Just Saying", Development by Design and other programs that support student's social-emotional development through arts and creativity.  Many Highland students also participate in the SCORE! Program.

     

     

     

     


     

    FirstBaptist

     First Baptist Church of Elgin provides Volunteer tutors.  They also provide new back to school shoes for students.

    Feeding our hungry

     The Northern Illinois Food Bank provides backpacks with food for students to take home on the weekend.  More than 35 students take a backpack home every week.
