Thank You for thanking your teachers and supporting the U-46 Foundation! 

May 5 - 9 was Teacher Appreciation Week, and the U-46 Foundation offered some fun options to its community of parents, alumni and others, to thank a favorite teacher and support the Foundation at the same time. We had a wonderful time delivering those messages to some very deserving teachers! We appreciate all the love that was shared during this special week.

The Foundation awards teacher grants each year, so money donated for things like our Teacher Appreciation Week campaign goes right back to helping those teachers enhance learning in the classroom. 

We were happy with a big response from you this year - we ended up visiting 15 different U-46 schools to deliver cards or certificates to 22 different teachers, and we sent more than 150 email messages to teachers, so they could read your kind words when they logged in last week. Let's do this again next year!
