The expectations of living with Royal P.O.W.E.R. are directly taught and are expected to be followed by all staff and students at Larkin High School. It is the goal of PBIS and the school overall to encourage students to understand the expectations of the high school environment to have a more successful time at Larkin High School, and obtain life-long skills for the betterment of their future.

These expectations of "Be Involved, Be Engaged, Be Prepared, Be respectful and Be Safe" were developed by a group of staff members and administrators in the Summer of 2014, to be newly implemented into the 2014-2015 school year.
