Hello Royals, 

My name is Jason Misicka, and I am entering my sixth year as the Assistant Principal of Culture and Climate at Larkin High School. I am incredibly excited to be back in this role and serve the staff, students, and families of the Larkin community. Working with students to ensure that their high school career is the absolute best that it can be is where my passion lies. It is an absolute honor to call Larkin High School my home, and I am excited about what the 2024-2025 school year has in store for all of us.  

As the AP of Culture and Climate, it is my responsibility to oversee the Dean’s office, MTSS, and overall building safety. I strive to provide our students, staff, and their families with a safe place to learn, teach, and visit on a daily basis, but I do not do this work alone. I am surrounded by an amazing Dean Team, comprised of Deans, Dean’s Assistant, and support staff. Together we work to ensure that all students and staff want to come to Larkin daily and know that they are supported. If you ever have ideas or suggestions on how we can do things better, or support you or your students in another way, please do not hesitate to contact me.
