The Culinary Arts Career pathway offers students the chance to obtain skills and knowledge needed for food service careers. In our modern kitchen labs, students will learn about strategies related to food and workplace safety, nutrition, food preparation and presentation, budgeting, recipe modification, and management skills. The capstone course for this pathway is the Restaurant Management course, where students develop and prepare weekly pre-fixed menus for LHS staff.
