Students under the age of 16 must have a work permit for employment.  Once these forms have been completed, one by the parent/student and one by the employer, they can be emailed to kathypinsky@u-46.org, the permit will be completed and then emailed back to the student.  Once received, a printed copy of the permit must be submitted to the employer.
