We Invite You to Participate in Elgin High School’s 49th Annual Crafts, Collectibles & Flea Market Sponsored by the Elgin High Parent Teacher Organization

Date: Sunday, March 10, 2024
Time: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (8:00 AM Early Admission, 9:00 AM General Admission)
Location: Elgin High School, 1200 Maroon Drive, Elgin
Spaces: Booth Areas 1-106 measure either 10 ’x 6’ or 11 ’x 6’ Booth Areas 107-200+ measure 11’ x 8’ One 8’ x 27” table and 2 chairs per vendor space. Table covers are not provided. You may bring any table, stands, uprights, or display racks as long as they fit in your space. **As a special service to long-standing participants, when you return your application with payment by January 15, 2024 and you request to have the same booth space, your requests will be honored TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY.

Set up: Saturday, March 9, 2024 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Sunday, March 10, 2024 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM **REMEMBER: DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME STARTS SUNDAY, MARCH 10TH! Students with carts will assist with unloading (carts are available to student helpers)

Dealer Notes: This is a crafts, collectibles, & flea market. Booths are intermingled. Only 1 vendor allowed representing a brand name/home sales product. Attendance is typically over 2000. There is an admission fee. Confirmations will be mailed out in February. Entry fee will be returned if applicant is not accepted or space is not available. Spaces fill quickly, so please return ASAP. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED TO HOLD A BOOTH SPACE. ALL DISPLAYS MUST REMAIN INTACT UNTIL 3PM (when the event ends). If you break down early, you will not be invited back the following year!
Political solicitation or advertising of any kind, signage, or fliers are not permitted.
ELGIN HS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SPACE FOR THE SALE OF ANY MERCHANDISE CONSIDERED UNDESIRABLE FOR A HIGH SCHOOL EVENT (I.E. WEAPONS, DRUGS, ALCOHOL, ETC). SHOULD THE DECISION BE MADE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE SAID ITEM(S) OR ASKED TO LEAVE. IF ASKED TO LEAVE, YOUR PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
