The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from Governor JB Pritzker that all person or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor of 39th President of the United States, Jimmy Carter, who passed away on December 29, 2024, at the age of 100. 

 

This notice is in place from Sunrise Monday, December 30, 2024 until Sunset Wednesday, January 29, 2025
