Self-Test Info for Employees

We will not have SHIELD testing for staff members until sometime in October. This is not unique to U-46.
In the interim, we ordered take-home tests that we will distribute to our unvaccinated staff. We are making every attempt to obtain these tests as soon as possible, but indications are that they won’t arrive until early next week. Therefore, we are asking our employees to obtain and self report their own test results.
Until the SHIELD program gets underway, unvaccinated employees will self-report their test results using the form located here. We ask that unvaccinated employees submit their results on or before this Friday, Sept. 24 and then on or before every Friday after.
In these instances, any costs unvaccinated staff members expend for testing will be eligible for reimbursement through Munis self-service.
