  • Teachers: All of the documents here are approved for sharing at all sites.  They're intended to help capture HS students as they reach voting age but are also effective at registering parents and community members to vote.

Civics classes and AP US Government and Politics classes are always encouraged to host voter registration drives when it intersects with their elections units.  Additionally, any school can organize in-person voter registration activities with any of the contacts listed below OR organize virtual voter registration events using the links here and in the attached fliers.  Each of our counties' judges has also expressed a need for election judges.  Serving as an election judge is a great way for students to serve their community.  Each of the counties' election offices (listed below) can help certify students 18 or older as election judges.

If a teacher or school ever has questions about who to contact or needs help organizing, they can reach out to Social Studies Coordinator, Jacob VandeMoortel at jacobvandemoortel@u-46.org or x7705 from any district phone.
