Welcome Parents!
Research shows that parental involvement leads to improved academic outcomes, as well as increased social-emotional well-being. Our aim is to help you as you support your child throughout his educational journey. In this section, you will find information about specific resources and parental involvement initiatives by clicking on the tabs on the left of the screen. For instance, the Family Welcome Center tab will take you directly to their website and provide you with detailed information about the services they provide, including the screening process for new families to the district where another language is spoken in the home. In fact, the Family Welcome Center often serves as the first point of contact between new families and the district.
