The TAP Office offers customized support to meet the needs of all certified staff members and administrators in School District U-46. The Teacher Appraisal Plan is built on a set of values and beliefs. Among those values are trust, professionalism, and collaboration, which are at the core of continuous learning. We can help design a plan to offer Professional Development for you alone or for any size group. Support might be:
- individual
- small group
- staff meeting
- grade level
- department meeting
- new admin and/or certified staff members
Support can take place:
- by phone
- via email
- on-site
- at ESC
- via Zoom
- before or after school
- on a DCD or PPD
