What is the most important thing you learned in high school?

Understanding that time and energy are finite and that school, family, and health are all equally important.

What is your favorite high school memory?

Being pushed around Hawkfest in a wheelchair holding up a "Support BHS HOSA" poster made with glitter glue and bracelet beads while my friends and I wore surgical gowns and masks. I was bopping in my seat to the music being played by the DJ while a group of people traveled behind us taking Snapchat videos. We raised at least $100 worth of tickets after that.

What advice would you give to incoming freshmen?

Don't be afraid to try anything and everything; you never know what you will find out.

What or who do you account for your academic success and ranking in the top 2 percent of your senior class?

My grandpa and my parents, who taught me how to get back up when I go down.
