To not dwell over mistakes and embarrassing moments. Instead, use them as an opportunity to improve and grow as a person.

What is your favorite high school memory?

The times I spent in band, including summer drumline, marching season, Disney trips, and musicals.

What was your favorite class or learning experience?

Freshmen year technology as it gave me the opportunity bond with and become a family with everyone in the BHS Academy.

What advice would you give to incoming freshmen?

Four years seems like a long time when you are walking in, but they can go by in the blink of an eye. Take advantage of every opportunity, class, and assignment and learn from them. Plan for the future and make the most of high school before it's over.

What or who do you account for your academic success and ranking in the top 2 percent of your senior class?

I always pushed myself beyond what I thought I was capable of and with the overwhelming support of my friends and family, I was able to achieve whatever I set my mind to.
