    New Family Registration Guide

    2022-23 Registration

    Preschool -12th Grade

    All students must be registered online following these two steps: (detailed information below)

    STEP 1 - Online Registration using New Family Kiosk. All of your children will be registered on the same application, no matter what school or program.

    STEP 2 - Contact your school

    Registration fees have been waived for the 2022-23 school year due to the impact of COVID 19.

    STEP 1 - Online Registration for new families

    Click here for our New Family Kiosk if you currently do not have students in the district, or you have not had a student enrolled in the district for over a year. You will be registering ALL of your UNREGISTERED children (PK-12th Grade) at the same time, including any student that you would like to have screened for our preschool program*.  

    Please note: If you are registering new students for the remainder of the 2021-22 school year, please contact your school so that we can enroll them appropriately. 

    Unfortunately, smartphones cannot be used to fill out the Online Registration Application.

    Do you currently have students enrolled at U-46 that have not been registered yet? Please use this link to log into Campus Parent to use the Online Registration link in your Message Center to register all of your students, including new students.

    Important! Write down your OLR application number.
    You will need to provide this when you contact your child's school to complete your child's registration.

    NOTE: Step-parents or grandparents are not considered guardians, they should be listed as emergency contacts. Parents/Guardians should not be listed as Emergency Contacts.

    STEP 2 - Contact Your Child's School

    To provide the following:

    • Student’s Birth Certificate
    • Required forms (see the Printable Registration Forms section below) 
    • Proof of Residency from Category A + B as listed on the Proof of Custody and Residency form
    • Physical and Immunization updates will be due prior to the first day of school
    • Consent for Release of Records from previous school
    • Need assistance with registration
